resilience, youth leadership and educational empowerment across the Caribbean. She founded
STEMpower Foundation to be the support system she wished she had as a student navigating the
pressures of STEM education.

Kamara keeps the foundation running with precision and care - managing communications,
records and internal coordination to ensure every initiative moves smoothly.

Tariq leads the design and delivery of STEMpower's core programmes - bringing creativity,
structure and innovation to every initiative the foundation runs.

Arianna Eppes
Director of Outreach & Partnerships
BSc. Applied Chemistry with a Minor in General Chemistry (pursuing)
Arianna builds the bridges between STEMpower Foundation and schools, sponsors and partners,
expanding the foundation's reach and impact across Jamaica.

Khanez ensures STEMpower runs with financial integrity and operational efficiency,
managing resources so every dollar directly serves students.
