Sets the overall vision, guides major decisions, represents the foundation publicly and keeps the team focused on STEM access, student support and long-term impact.
Secretary
Keeps meetings, records and internal communication organised so the executive team can follow through on deadlines, decisions and programme responsibilities.
Director of Programmes & Innovation
Designs workshops, school tour activities and new student programmes while turning ideas into practical learning experiences that students can actually benefit from.
Director of Administration & Finance
Manages budgets, resources, administrative systems and accountability so donations, materials and team efforts are used responsibly to serve students.
Director of Communications & Branding
Shapes STEMpower's voice across social media, flyers, campaigns and announcements so students, parents, schools and partners clearly understand the mission.
Director of Outreach & Partnerships
Builds relationships with schools, sponsors, mentors and community partners to open doors for visits, collaborations, funding and student opportunities.
General Committee Members
Support events, planning, outreach, resource preparation and on-the-ground execution so each initiative runs smoothly before, during and after delivery.
